Close the compartment for the battery, and then put the key back to its concealed position within the case.

Nissan remote start permits drivers to cool or heat their vehicles from outside as long as they are within the operating range. The ignition of the car can be activated by pressing an appropriate button on a key fob or smartphone application. Lockout Protection
Lockout protection can prevent nuisance lockouts caused by the impedance relay failing. A specific module within the power control monitors the activity of the impedance relay, and disables the output. This option is available on vehicles with the Smart Key system, or by using the vehicle personalization menu.

All "affected", "authorized", and "qualified" personnel must be instructed in the use of lockout/tagout devices. These devices include but are not limited to locks, chains padlocks and wedges, adapter pins, and self-locking fasteners. Each device is uniquely identified and labeled, including the date and time that it was put in use, the name and title of the person authorized and the reason for the lockout/tagout (repairs, maintenance, etc.). It must be stated clearly that these devices are not able to be removed until a full LOTO procedure is followed.
