1. iRobot Roomba i3+ EVO
The i3+ EVO is identical to its sibling the i3 EVO. They differ only in the fact that the i3+ has self-emptying capabilities. This makes the i3+ a great option for those looking for an entirely automated, hands-free cleaning experience, but don't mind manually emptying their robot's dustbin when it is full.

iRobot suggests that you clear areas that the i3+ EVO will vacuum prior to when you use it, including clearing out any clutter or toys it might encounter. It's also an excellent idea to keep the bin and filter clean so they do not become blocked by dirt. If the i3+'s internal bin is empty or the battery is depleted, it returns to the docking station and emptys the dirt into the docking station’s external dustbin. It then continues cleaning from where it began. The i3+ EVO's battery can last for approximately an hour and a half continuous use, and it takes around three hours to fully recharge.
2. IRobot Roomba i7+
The iRobot i7+ is the top robot vacuum cleaner model in iRobot's flagship line and comes with the latest features. It's self-charging and self-navigating, but the most important feature is the self-emptying bin. This removes the need for routine maintenance.

In our testing, the i7+ was more agile and faster than our top choice, the eufy RoboVac G30, and it removed large chunks of pet hair from all surfaces kinds, including carpeting. The main advantage it has over the Eufy is the self-emptying bin which eliminates major sources of maintenance and reduces recurring cost.
We were also awestruck by the i7+'s compatibility Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant AI services. We used these services to instruct the robot on how to begin or stop cleaning sessions as well as move around the room and vacuum a particular area. The iRobot Home App made it easy to connect the i7+ to these services. After being connected, to voice commands to the i7+, for example "Hey Alexa vacuum the master bedroom." The iRobot Home app also provides options for managing the i7+'s settings and monitoring its performance.
3. Dyson Cyclone V10

The biggest issue with the V10 is its sluggish run time. As CR's tests show, its advertising claims of up to 60 minutes are a bit misleading. This is a standard, not exceptional, battery-powered cordless vacuum's running time. It's still enough time to get rid of the majority of a home that's average size but not long enough to get every single area (though an additional run-through often does the trick). That's not to say this model doesn't have its advantages: It's lighter and maneuverable than older cordless Dysons and its vacuuming performance is significantly superior on carpets with a low pile.
