Why Item Upgrade Is The Next Big Obsession
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades to gear increase its base stats, and sometimes boosts its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random augmentations that are applied.
The racial Shield elite Razortail For instance, it is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption capability in PvP, and/or to add additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradable than the perfect non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item like a weapon, armor or ring. The item is swapped for another similar one with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an economical method of upgrading equipment. They don't preserve the original item's level and any money wasted aren't rewarded.
The surviving players can acquire Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates or purchase them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of a piece of equipment that could include increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.
Players can roll equipment with three attributes, physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power boost damage from weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.
There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a higher-quality, with the requirement of an upgraded reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, while rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
As opposed to other tokens or markers that are placed on Action spaces the reroll marker stays on the spot until the next success result is to be rerolled. This is a way to prevent the waste of upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the start of every preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by pressing on them. Once they're opened they show a complete description and the icon of the relevant appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.
During the course of a game, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to the choice of Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers to reroll, and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These stones are special stones that boost the value of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. Players can find these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by signing daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment, players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click on the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item's current level and what it will be when it is upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires just one blue or green Growth Stone.
After deciding on the item to upgrade, the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. When the requirements are fulfilled, the player may select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be raised in level by a certain percentage. The process of upgrading can last between a few seconds and minutes, based on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the durability of the item. The system is an excellent option for players who want to get an edge in battle but don't want to spend a lot of money. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item onto the new gear.
The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for new players. There are a variety of ways to acquire them, including contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that allows you to boost the power of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. It is achieved by combining an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will use up the upgrade components and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item upgrader kit an additional boost in that area. This process continues until the item reaches its maximum level.
Items that have upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be applied to more than one item at once. Each upgrade component requires an amount of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station has two slots: the left is where players can put in an item to be upgraded, and the right shows a preview of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. When players have enough materials, pressing the yellow arrow will start the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded, the base stats of the item will be increased by only a tiny amount. The highest level for an item is 19.
Once an item has reached its maximum level, its upgrades are no longer available to it. Also, when a piece of gear reaches a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be put into weapons, armor trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to provide an attribute bonus or extra effect while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, acquired through quests, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones. However, this could cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.
Requirements
Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain attributes of armor and weapons that they currently have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item differ depending on the type of Best item upgrade however, you'll generally require Dilithium and an amount of Upgrade Tokens.
Item upgrade components can be incorporated into equipment set pieces and weapons for extra effects or a higher level of the item. The upgrades can be acquired from various sources in the game, including through crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons. Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can improve the item's statistics.
The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" for example, increases base defense and gives an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. The dps "Wildfire" on the other hand increases damage from weapons.
Upgrades can be beneficial for some items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable to players when they get the perfect roll. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp'd version.
The game will highlight the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. These include the type of item (either Weapon or Armor), the tier of the item as well as the upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.
